This Terms and Conditions Statement applies only to www.ravenssun.ca. In this Privacy and Security Statement, RMS refers to Raven Management Solution, the operator of this website. RSM and its officers, directors, employees, clients, contractors and subcontractors are required to honour this Privacy and Security Statement.

Description and Availability of Goods and Services

Every effort has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, photographs and specifications of the products and services provided by RSM and our clients are correct.


The colour of the goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to the limitations of some browsers and monitors. Sometimes props are used in demo photographs, in such cases the product description indicates which item is being advertised for purchase.

Some of our items for sale may be hand-made and as such there may be slight variations in these particular items.

Through our inventory tracking systems you will not be able to purchase an item that is not available. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any items, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.


The description of services provided covers the basic offerings. Customized service offerings will be laid out in addendums.

Purchasing and Ordering

If you have supplied us with a functional email address, we will notify you by email immediately to confirm receipt of your purchase or order. If the provided email address is not functional a hard copy will be sent out to the mailing address provided.

Pricing and Applicable Taxes

All prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars and are inclusive of the current rate of GST or HST (where applicable). When taxes are applicable the GST/HST number will be listed on the payment page.

RSM in not liable for any errors in Prices quoted. The customer will have the opportunity to see the final total price prior to confirming the payment, and may decide to quit or proceed with the purchase process at that time.

Prices do not include service or delivery fees. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the indicated additional charges.


Our delivery charges are clearly indicated on the checkout page below your purchase total.

Orders are normally dispatched within two working days of receipt of the order. Please allow up to five working days for delivery.

When available, request for express or next-day delivery will result in additional delivery charges.

If you have purchased tickets for an event less than two weeks away we will contact you with details regarding last minute delivery or pick up options, or feel free to contact us directly to make arrangements.

In the event a particular item is out of stock we will advise you accordingly and provide you with an estimated delivery date, refund options or alternate/replacement options.

Please ensure that we are given a full and correct contact information as directed.

For delivery outside of Canada please contact us for a quotation for delivery and handling charges. Some foreign orders may be subject to local import duties and we will not be liable for these payments.


You can pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.

Payment is to be made online at the time of order. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to transfer payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery


If you have any complaints with our services or products please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to rectify the situation for you.
